Purple,Yellow and Pink

Take a look at the yellow triangles ...

Don't they look different when card is opened.....?

I have cut out small triangles on card front and pasted yellow colored sheet inside . The purple and pink flowers are based on tutorial by Chris(Journey into Quilling and  Paper Crafting).I have also scored slanting cross lines at center part of card to give light embossed look.Added some pink fringed flowers .

With my short experience of participation in various challenges one thing I have realized, that is my creations lack something ! I am trying to improve ...but I need your help..tell me what i need to do so that my cards look better ..

Till then I will keep on trying so ...Entering for:

  5. Hi Pooja! Flying in from Make It Monday #108 to say: I think your card is beautiful. I'm not a quiller (is that even a word?!) so I wouldn't know if its lacking something. But I'll say this - it looks perfect to me. Your passion for your craft shines through and that, my friend, is priceless. Looking forward to seeing more of your creations so I'm following you...

  6. Hi Pooja, your card looks great. The scored lines are not too visible the way the pic is taken I think, but if you want more emboss use a semi hard surface to keep on when you are scoring the lines. Do a practice run to check the force you need to apply. Great quilling.
