Happy Birthday Card

Front View

A Simple card with lots of pattern papers. I  have used 7 patterned papers in various shades of blue.

pps used
 I cut triangle from pattered papers ,inked them and adhered on the card stock panel to form chevrons.

Card lying flat
Matted the panel on a card stock inked with faded jeans distress ink and attached it to card base with foam tape.
Side View
Layered a vellum piece ,twine and sentiment panel in center.
