Guest Designing for Unstampabelles

Gate-fold cars front view

Hello friends !! Today I am sharing a card created specially for Unstampabelles May Challenge  " A SPECIAL PERSON " and the TWIST is to load up the card with lots of embellies and/or layers. May is the month to celebrate MOTHERS DAY but it is not essential that you do this.
It was for Unstampabelles that I did my first ever Guest post..So its special for me :) ! Thanks to Susan and Unstampabelles Team for this opportunity !
 Now to my card...

Side view

I made a Gate fold card.Started by covering the base with pp,then some cheese cloth. I cut out a circle and a ring from textured paper and glued the circle on one flap and ring on other to create interlocking.

card lying flat
Loaded it with handmade flowers.Instead of cutting leaves from paper I have used pressed leaves from rose plant ! The blue flower on left corner is also pressed.I have used a sentiment sticker on the circle and paper pieced the butterfly from pp.lets open it ...

a sneak peek..

tada ....it has pop-up inside :)

Pop-up scene
Simple park scene with a empty bench "missing someone ". I have paper pieced bird, flower and some leaves from pp .The tree trunks were cut from woodgrain pp and leaves from olive green punch paper which I have colored a bit .The bench, leaves and pink flowers (on left side) are hand-drawn and then painted .I have used another sticker which says "missing you" Glued it on woodgrain pp strip  to make it look like wooden plank .Tied it with twine to both the trees. Close look of the pop-up.
