Shabby Chic Birthday Card

Shabby Chic Birthday Card

Hello friends ! Today I welcome you with a Shabby chic Birthday card.Lots of layers on this one.The base layer has embossed resist technique using dmask pattern stamp (from PABD). Mixed distress ink and pearl acrylic color to get pearly shine on it.On the upper layer I applied texture paste through a stencil (Art is from TCW) and painted with diluted pearl color.

The oval frames are hand-cut from thick card-stock and coated with decoArt crackle paint.Decorated the card with tulle handmade flowers (except the smaller rose),pearls and butterflies. The sentiment is stamped on vellum.

I also made a matching box envelope.

80 percent of the papers used on this card are from wedding invite including the base which is a sturdy handmade paper .
