Guest Designing for Craft Tangles

Hello friends!! If you are watercolor enthusiast like me then I have good news for you ! Recently, Indian brand ” Craft Tangles” came up with new liquid watercolors and guess what? I got to use them! Thanks a lot to Kyati (owner Craft Tangles) for giving me this opportunity to Guest Design.

I have used different forms of watercolors like pencils, tubes, brush pens and the most common Distress inks .Each one of them have their own specialties and I wondered how different these liquid watercolors would be? It is my first time to work with liquid colors and totally loving them! They have released 7 colors which can be mixed easily to create variety of other colors.

The biggest USP of these colors is their saturation/concentration ,they are so vibrant that just one tiny drop goes long way .I haven’t used up even small drop after coloring all these flowers btw this tulip is from Craft Tangles stamp set “Just a note”.

I made a small note card with those lovely tulips. I stamped only part of the bunch masked it to stamp one more tulip.

These images are detailed and due to stamping with light ink I lost most of them! I have used ripe plums color for flowers and mix of lemon tart, poolside and evergreen for leaves

On this one I stamped the tulip bunch as it is and colored them using Soul mate, Lemon tart ,Autumn blaze and ripe plums for shadows.

I drew black strips with markers on the bg and layered a piece of gold foil beneath the watercolored panel. The sentiment is from same set.

I used another stamp set “Happily ever” from CraftTangles January release for this card. Started by stamping the floral bunch repeatedly with grey ink on the card base and stamped it on watercolor paper separately.

Colors used are Soulmate, Evergreen , Lemon tart.Did you like these cards would love to know if you have a favorite .
