Altenew March 2019 Stamp/Die/Stencil Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello friends I am so excited to be part of Altenew March Release Hop as Guest designer! I am still pinching myself that I actually get to share my cards along with such talented designers.
Altenew has amazing stamps designs and this release is no exception ! If you haven’t already checked the March release, you can check it here. You must have arrived from Ashlea Cornell's blog if not, no worries you can find the complete blog hop list at the end of this post .
I know you have a long list to hop let's get started straight with the cards.

First is my favorite set "Wallpaper Art".Those big blooms just scream watercolors and I had to oblige.

I stamped and fussy cut a bloom and made a CAS cards, the sentiment is from Renee Rose set.

Next up is a chalkboard style card made using Pretty pomander stamp set.

I stamped the pomander and fussy cut it and the sentiment from same set is heat embossed. Drew some details with white gel pen for the chalkboard look to finish off the card.

Next set of cards are made using Renee Rose Stamp set.Ths set is perfect to make quick and easy cards.I got carried away and made 3 !

Gold heat embossing followed by pencil coloring on vellum.Swiped ink pads on card base for BG.

Stamping with die inks followed by pencil coloring.

Stamping and no-line colouring.
I just love the Beautifully illustrated image from Book Club Stamp set. I made two bookmarks using this set.

    1. Hi Lynda ! I tried to search your email id to reply but its not visible in your blog profile. For the black card with prettiest pomeander set I have used hero arts mini dye ink pads.If you are referring to the card with grey bg and renee rose stamp set,i stamped the flowers with light grey ink and watercolored them with liquid watercolors adding pencil colouring for shadows. Please mail me reusingwithquilling@gmail.com if you need any more info.I will be happy to help.

    2. Thank you! It's the grey bg card I was referring to. It must be that pencil shading on the watercolor that makes it look so good to me. Kathy R. says that's what really takes an image to the next level!
